These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Floret Analysis Application, owned and operated by Floret Commodities (Private) Limited . By accessing, downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Risk Disclosure Statement, and any other policy referenced herein.

1. User Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

1.2. Account Creation:
To access full features of the App, you must register by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your name, contact details, and any regulatory documentation required. You are responsible for keeping this information current and secure.

1.3. Security of Credentials:
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account will be deemed as your actions, whether or not authorized by you.

2. Purpose and Scope of the App

The App is designed to:

•Offer AI-powered market insights, sentiment analysis, and technical predictions

•Provide educational content for user awareness and trading skill development

•Facilitate, in future, in-app account opening and customer chat support

•Allow notifications for market movements, economic calendars, or price alerts

The App is not intended to provide personalized investment advice or portfolio management.

3. Disclaimers and Risk Warnings

All content, including AI-generated analysis, charts, videos, and notifications are educational or informational. They do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

3.3. No Responsibility for Losses:

Floret Commodities and its affiliates, developers, partners, or content providers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages arising from:

• Use or reliance on market analysis

• Misinterpretation of forecasts

• Technical or algorithmic errors

• Incorrect or outdated information

• Delayed or failed alerts, notifications, or updates

4. AI-Powered Insights and Limitations

4.1. AI Capabilities:

4.2. AI Disclaimer:

You explicitly acknowledge that:

• AI tools are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be accurate

• Floret assumes no liability or responsibility for trading decisions based on AI insights

5. Market Data and Third-Party Content

5.1. Data Accuracy:
Market data (price feeds, news, indices, charts) may be sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or reliability of this data.

5.2. Third-Party Services:
Links, APIs, or content integrations from third parties (e.g., charting platforms, news outlets) are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or reliability.

5.3. Advisory Independence:
The views expressed by any guest writers, educators, or analysts within the App do not necessarily reflect the position of Floret Commodities.

6. Educational Material

6.1. Purpose:
Videos, articles, tutorials, and webinars are designed to help users enhance their understanding of financial markets.

6.2. No Guarantee:
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of this content, Floret does not warrant that the educational content is free from error or complete.

7. Future Features and Account Services

7.1. Account Opening (Coming Soon):

Upon launch, users will be able to apply for trading accounts through the App. All applications will be subject to:

•KYC/AML compliance under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act

•Terms of service associated with client agreements, margin trading, or brokerage operations

7.2. In-App Support Chat (Coming Soon):

Live chat services will be provided for technical or general inquiries only. Chat support agents are not licensed investment advisors.

8. User Obligations and Code of Conduct

You agree:

•Not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

•Not to use bots, scrapers, or reverse-engineer the App

•Not to distribute or transmit harmful content, viruses, or spam

•Not to impersonate any individual or organization

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including logos, data, software, design, and analytics within the App, are the exclusive intellectual property of Floret Commodities or its licensors. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App

• Use content for unauthorized trading or resale

• Alter, manipulate, or republish analysis without attribution

10. Subscription & Charges (If Applicable in Future)

Any future charges for premium features or subscriptions will be:

• Disclosed transparently before purchase

• Non-refundable unless stated otherwise

• Governed by applicable in-app store policies (Google Play / Apple App Store)

11. Data Privacy and Security

• Any third-party claims due to your use of the App

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

• Suspend or terminate user accounts for violations

• Alter, discontinue, or replace features with or without notice

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, under the Pakistan Arbitration Act or, where applicable, the jurisdiction of civil courts.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Floret Commodities, its employees, developers, and licensors against any claims, damages, obligations, or liabilities arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of the App or reliance on its content

• Any infringement or misappropriation of third-party rights

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, network failures, or regulatory restrictions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Floret Commodities. Any waiver or amendment must be in writing and signed by both parties.
